Our People

We work closely on projects with people we like to work with, where there is a spark, and some new energy.

Our networks are particularly strong in relation to work on value and revaluation, innovation, systems’ change, healthcare & children’s services, entrepreneurship and partnership development. These relationships are well-developed in England, Scandinavia and the east coast of the USA. Many of those we work with regularly are members of ISPSO, OPUS , and IAF

We are strategic partners with Tavistock Consulting, leading their work in the health & public sectors; and advising them on wider business development.

We are members of the asymmetric leadership forum. Its work gathers around how to get power to the edge of organisations – and related challenges, like changing governance, handling variety, getting more agile.

We work through Skype on cases brought by members, thinking with the colleague doing the work from ‘behind the mirror’. Members come from the UK, Australia, Argentina, USA and Greece.

In Tunisia, we have been working in partnership with OECD, and the German overseas’ development agency, GIZ.

Mandalah have become close working partners of ours since we both attended a strategy development programme run by Ashridge Business School at Schumacher College.
