leadership & followership

Leadership & followership

In our view a great deal of effective leadership is about learning; leading in the moment is about learning in the moment. We think that there is real efficiency to be gained, and real agency to be found in ‘leading-learning’ in the here and now. We help leaders to develop learning systems that spread in any given context. We find that leadership belongs to the system; and that if you are not careful, as leader you belong to the system. We help leaders to

  • know when to lead and when to follow
  • discover more about you, your context, your organisation
  • explore what kind of leader you tend to be, and what kind you could be
  • investigate how leadership comes from everywhere and anywhere
  • learn how to seek help and learn from experience

Clients for leadership & followership support activity include: OECD study centre in Trento; Kings’ Health Partnership; numerous economic partnerships in the Balkans; NHSIQ; Itaú Banking Group; Association of Greater Manchester Authorities; South Yorkshire Partnership; Advantage West Midlands; Be Birmingham; Screen West Midlands; Solihull MBC; Sandwell MBC; Wolverhampton City Council; Stoke on Trent City Council.
