Teams & micro systems

We help you to act from your own register of what is needed in a given situation, and support you in finding new, different ways to think and act. The executive point-of-view is there to decide and do – to execute. But in our experience, the agreement between team members about what to do, and particularly how to do it is often superficial and ill-suited to leading far reaching change. So, we try to help by

  • deepening understanding and agreement between executives in their teams
  • working out how to develop the executive narrative around action
  • help executives to facilitate opportunities for others to narrate themselves into the story
  • exploring how to understand and make use of differences in teams
  • encouraging the development of close working relationships

Clients for team and micro team development include: all of the local authorities in the West Midlands Region (UK); Liverpool Community Health Trust – Executive team and Operations’ team; Cornwall Council strategic partnership; Focus (Birmingham) executive teams and board; North Staffordshire Combined Healthcare NHS Trust multi-disciplinary team; Birmingham Children’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust CAMHS teams; Black Country Consortium; West of England Local Enterprise Partnership.
